The three ways schedulers make a cheap plan expensive
Almost every comparison on this page comes down to one of three meters. Tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social and Agorapulse bill per person, so the freelancer you hired for a month and the client who only wants to look both cost you money. Tools like Later, Planoly and Pallyy bill per account or "social set" — one profile per network — so a second Instagram means a second charge. And tools like Planable bill per workspace, which is the one that hurts agencies, because a workspace is exactly how you separate one client from the next.
Zilfu uses none of them. One flat plan holds several accounts per network, unlimited teammates, unlimited workspaces and client approvals, from $19/mo — and the free plan covers 2 accounts with no card. What changes between paid tiers is the account cap, nothing else.
How we write these
Every price and limit on these pages was checked against the rival's own pricing page, and each page carries the date it was last reviewed. Where a competitor is genuinely better we say so on their page rather than leaving it out — Metricool's analytics are deeper than ours, for one. Vendor pricing moves often, so check the current rate before you switch; if you spot something stale, tell us and we will fix it.
Not comparing us to anything in particular? Start with Zilfu for agencies if you run social for clients, or Zilfu for business if you run several accounts for one brand.
