A member's post enters a Pending state that holds its schedule but won't publish until an approver — a teammate, an invited client, or the owner — approves it or requests changes with a note. Client reviewers are free, and per-post comments keep internal notes separate from what clients see.

Anyone with the Approve-posts permission (owners always can) approves — scheduling or publishing exactly as intended — or sends it back to draft with a note. The author is emailed either way.

Invite a client by email with just the Approve-posts permission: they review and approve on the same Posts page, but can't compose, publish, connect accounts, or change settings — and never cost a seat.
Internal vs client comments
Comment on any post in review and mark each note internal or client-visible. Internal notes stay between your team; client reviewers only ever see client-facing comments.
