The Free plan includes 2 social accounts and 20 posts per month. All paid plans (Pro, Business, Scale) include unlimited posts, and differ only in the number of social accounts: Pro 10, Business 100, Scale 300. Every other feature — analytics, bio pages, webhooks, API, unlimited workspaces — is included on every plan.

Free accounts can create up to 20 posts each calendar month. Each account you post to counts as one post — a post sent to 2 accounts uses 2 of your 20. Drafts never count; a post sent for approval does, because it is a request to publish, and the post is refunded if it goes back to draft. The 20 are shared across every workspace you own and reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC). Upgrade to Pro, Business, or Scale for unlimited posting.

Yes, anytime from the Subscription page. Stripe prorates the change automatically. If you downgrade to a plan with fewer accounts than you currently have connected, you'll need to disconnect a few first.

No. Everything — analytics, bio pages, webhooks, API access, unlimited workspaces — is unlocked on every plan from the moment you sign up. Paid plans raise the connected-accounts cap and lift the 20 posts / month limit.

Yes. Cancel from your account settings whenever you like. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then, then drop back to the Free plan. No exit fees.

No. Pricing is based purely on the plan you choose — never on people. Invite as many teammates as you want at no extra cost.
